Wills, Probate and Trusts
It is important for those with Property to have a Will to provide the destination of assets, to remove the uncertainty and reduce costs. All Clients should have Wills and these should be updated at least every five years. Clients, when considering their Wills, should consider having an Lasting Power of Attorney and Tax Planning to mitigate Inheritance Tax. This may involve the use of Trusts not only in the Wills but for Lifetime Gifts.
When obtaining the Grant of Probate and on Administration and Winding Up of estates this will be done quickly with the least distress and anxiety to Clients. Our simplified form of Estate Accounts enables the Executors and Beneficiaries to understand easily what has been involved in the administration of the estate.
